Valerie Chan is a communications strategist, former attorney, and CEO of Plat4orm PR, where she advises leaders on AI, business transformation, reputation, and growth. For more than two decades, she has helped technology companies, professional services firms, and executives turn complex ideas into clear narratives that build trust and enterprise value. Valerie is a Teaching Fellow at the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and has spoken at TEDxFarmingdale, Oxford Talks, UC Law San Francisco’s LexLab, and leading industry events. She holds a JD from Seattle University and a BA from the University of Puget Sound.
