Nancy Krystal – Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary: Nancy Krystal serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Velo3D, having joined the Company as Vice President and General Counsel in April 2024. She leads the Company's legal, governance, compliance and corporate secretarial functions, including SEC compliance and disclosure, corporate finance, commercial contracting, intellectual property, export controls, labor and employment, insurance, and litigation, and advises the Board of Directors and executive leadership team on a broad range of legal, governance and risk matters, as well as on strategic initiatives and corporate objectives. Nancy brings over 20 years of experience across public company, manufacturing, commercial and global regulatory matters, previously serving as General Counsel of Jelly Belly Candy Company, as Corporate Counsel, Securities and Corporate Compliance at Big Heart Pet Brands (formerly Del Monte Corporation), and as Director of Compliance at AXA Advisors. She served on the boards of the California Grocers Association and the California Manufacturers & Technology Association, and on the advisory board of Evisort.
