Crystal Moroney is an attorney with 20 years of legal experience spanning from litigation to complex business negotiations. Crystal currently serves as Vice President, Associate General Counsel for Geodis Logistics in Brentwood, Tennessee, overseeing the Freight Forwarding and Transportation lines of business. She has extensive experience negotiating complex transactions, navigating challenging regulatory frameworks, and providing critical risk analysis to the business. Crystal’s focus is on driving strategic growth while mitigating legal and regulatory risks in the global supply chain.

Prior to joining Geodis, she founded and operated her own law firm for 10 years, concentrating on creditor rights and corporate debt recovery. Crystal earned her BA from New York University and her JD from New York Law School where she started her legal career as a litigator in the Southern District of New York. Crystal is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and Tennessee. She currently resides in Franklin, Tennessee with her husband, twin teenage sons and their two rescue dogs.
