Tania Wilson is Director of Customer Success at Bloomberg Industry Group (Bloomberg Law), where she leads client engagement, adoption, and retention across a $200M+ ARR AmLaw 200 portfolio, running a 10-person client-facing team supporting law firms on their innovation journeys. She began her career in practice, clerking for federal and state court judges, as well as working at both Walder, Hayden & Brogan and Harwood Lloyd. That grounding in how attorneys actually work has shaped every role since: eighteen years inside the legal market, fluent in law firm economics, partner dynamics, and how lawyers adopt and engage with technology.
Across that time Tania has worked with corporate in-house legal departments, AmLaw 200 firms, law schools, and courts — and has spent the last several years at the front edge of legal technology and AI innovation. She partners with product and engineering to shape AI capabilities around real attorney workflows rather than abstract use cases. With firms, she collaborates directly with innovation leaders and practice groups on what will actually work in their environment and how to drive engagement, adoption, and acceptance among a famously skeptical audience. Her view is that attorney resistance to AI is rational, not stubborn — a demand for accuracy, source integrity, and defensible ROI — and her programs are built to answer it in staged, evidence-grounded steps. Since 2021 she has driven 30 firmwide AI and platform adoptions across the AmLaw 200, including 15 among the AmLaw 100's top 25. She built that capability as an individual contributor before she built it as a leader, having earlier reduced client churn from roughly 30% to 2% by redesigning the client lifecycle end to end.
Tania is an active mentor to women early in their careers and a member of WOMXN, Bloomberg Industry Group's women's employee resource group. She is committed to the advancement of women in both business and the law, and to making sure the next generation of women in law and legal technology has the sponsorship and access she has spent her career building.
Tania earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where she served as Chief Production Editor of the International & Comparative Law Review. She holds a B.A. in English Literature and History from Lehigh University, summa cum laude with departmental honors, and is admitted to the New Jersey Bar.
