Tania Wilson is Director of Customer Success at Bloomberg Industry Group (Bloomberg Law), where she leads retention and growth across a $200M+ ARR portfolio of AmLaw200 firms. She began her legal career clerking for federal and state court judges before joining Bloomberg Law and moving into Customer Success. She has built onboarding programs and AI-driven engagement and adoption methodologies that have helped law firms both embrace and excel at technology transformations.
