Lauren Haley is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Spring Health, a leading mental health care company. With more than two decades of legal experience across healthcare, insurance, digital health, and pharmacy benefit management, Lauren leads Spring Health's Legal, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk functions. Since joining the company in 2021, she has advised Spring Health on complex regulatory and corporate governance matters, including the company’s global expansion and oversight of the company's privacy and AI programs.

Before Spring Health, Lauren held legal and compliance leadership roles at Magellan Health, served as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer for CDMI, and practiced health law at Mintz Levin and McDermott Will & Emery (now Shulte). She began her career in public service at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, contributing to major regulatory frameworks under Medicare Part D.

A trusted advisor known for her practical, business-aligned counsel, Lauren is passionate about building strong legal teams and navigating the intersection of healthcare, technology, and regulation. She is also committed to community service, sitting on the Board of Directors for the Women's Resource Center in Newport, Rhode Island, a nonprofit dedicated to ending domestic violence, and on the Board of Governors of Blair Academy, her high school alma mater.
