Dr. Anne Welsh, PhD, PMH-C, PCC is Director of Working Parent Coaching at Phoebe, where she partners with organizations to help working parents thrive throughout parenthood while strengthening leadership, retention, and employee well-being. A clinical psychologist, executive coach, and former psychologist at Harvard University Health Services, Anne has coached hundreds of leaders across law, biotechnology, finance, healthcare, and technology. She is an expert in women’s leadership, parental leave transitions, working motherhood, burnout prevention, and the intersection of caregiving and career development. Anne is also the author of Ambitious Mother: From Surviving to Thriving in Your Career and at Home, which explores how organizations and individuals can rethink ambition, leadership, and success for today’s workforce.
