Zoe A. Vantzos is the Associate General Counsel – Corporate & Securities of MGP Ingredients, Inc. Ms. Vantzos focuses on a wide range of corporate matters at MGP, including SEC reporting, corporate governance, business development, tax, treasury and investor relations. As Assistant Corporate Secretary, she works closely with Compass Minerals' Board of Directors on governance matters.

Prior to joining MGP, Zoe was Assistant General Counsel at Compass Minerals International, Inc., corporate counsel at AMD, and an associate in the M&A practice group of Jones Day.

She holds a bachelor's degree from University of California, Santa Cruz, a master’s degree in international relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center
