With over a decade of cross-functional experience, Jana brings a rare dual perspective to legal strategy. Prior to her current role, she served as a Senior Category Manager in procurement leadership at Capital One, overseeing high-value vendor sourcing and contracting. She began her legal career at law firms in Boston and Maine, advising companies on corporate matters, technology transactions, and intellectual property.

Jana holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
