Arezou is the General Counsel and Head of IT & Information Security at COMC, an online consignment marketplace for buying, selling, and storing trading cards. At COMC, she leads the company's legal, governance, compliance, privacy, and information security functions. She partners closely with executive leadership to enable growth, scale operations, and navigate complex legal and business challenges in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

Previously, Arezou served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Securonix, a B2B enterprise cybersecurity SaaS platform, where she led the global legal function during a period of hyper-growth and innovation.

Throughout her career, Arezou has been passionate about disruptive technologies and helping organizations scale. She enjoys building modern, business-oriented legal and operating functions that empower innovation while thoughtfully managing risk. Her experience spans commercial transactions, corporate governance, product counseling, privacy, intellectual property, employment, litigation, IT infrastructure, and strategic business initiatives.
