Prior to transitioning in-house, Nana spent the majority of her career as a litigator at Reed Smith LLP, representing clients in complex commercial disputes, class actions, and regulatory matters. Now, she combines that courtroom perspective with an operational mindset, helping businesses move from reactive legal firefighting to proactive risk prevention.
Nana’s leadership is shaped by her culturally diverse background, including her roots in Georgia, fluency in several languages, and a passion for travel and literature. She is a strong advocate for women in leadership and is committed to mentoring and advancing the next generation of women in law.
Nana earned a JD from Hofstra Law School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from DePauw University.
