Abigail Gampher Takacs leads the corporate law content team at Bloomberg Law. Her team provides insights and analysis for attorneys on a wide range of emerging corporate law issues, including those impacting boards, institutional investors, retail investors, and other stakeholders.

Abigail holds a Juris Doctorate from American University, Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Hendrix College. She is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and is an FSA credential holder.
