She currently serves as Senior Counsel, Regulatory Compliance at Lyft, where she counsels business leaders on U.S. and international legal and regulatory strategy, autonomous vehicle initiatives, product launches, safety programs, and emerging transportation technologies.

Throughout her career, Janeé has partnered with executives, boards, policymakers, and government agencies to navigate investigations, regulatory inquiries, enforcement matters, and litigation. She is known for developing practical, cost-effective compliance strategies that reduce risk while supporting business growth. Her experience includes leading internal investigations, negotiating commercial contracts, building compliance programs, strengthening governance and internal controls, managing regulator relationships, and advising executive leadership and boards on legal and compliance matters.
