Nikaela Jacko Redd is a Vice President in Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s Legal and Compliance Department. In her role, she advises business stakeholders on compliance policies and procedures, regulatory developments, and the implementation of federal and state legal requirements. She is responsible for drafting and maintaining policy documentation, monitoring evolving regulatory obligations, and providing guidance to support the firm’s compliance framework. Nikaela also oversees her team’s document request process and manages internal policy and procedure governance to promote clear, consistent, and effective communication across the organization.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Nikaela maintained a diverse legal practice that included business and commercial litigation, securities and white-collar defense, labor and employment law, appellate matters, and class action litigation.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Nikaela is passionate about public speaking, writing, fashion design, travel, cooking, and community service. She is especially committed to mentoring and advancing women in the legal profession and enjoys spending time with her family.
