Kati Pajak Strzelczyk is Counsel AI (Innovation & Trust), Product, and Procurement at KAYAK Software Corporation, where she established and now leads the company's AI Governance program. She partners across legal, product, engineering, and business teams to develop practical governance frameworks that enable responsible AI adoption while supporting innovation. Her work spans AI governance, product counseling, commercial contracting, and helping teams navigate the legal, ethical, and operational questions that come with emerging technologies.

Kati has built her career at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and law. Before joining KAYAK, she practiced in the EC/VC group at an AMLaw100 firm advising startups, growth-stage companies, and venture funds on financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, licensing, and commercial transactions across the technology, energy, retail, and consumer products sectors. Prior to her career as an attorney, she was a senior consultant in IBM's Strategy and Analytics practice, experience that continues to shape her pragmatic, business-first approach to legal counseling.

Alongside her professional work, Kati has maintained an active pro bono practice focused on asylum and nonprofit organizations, providing legal and strategic support to individuals and organizations with limited access to resources. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the George Washington University and her J.D. from Boston College Law School.
