Kate Mueting is the Firm Administrative Partner, Co-Chair of the firm’s Discrimination and Harassment Practice Group, and Co-Chair of the firm’s Executive Representation Practice Group.

She is a nationally recognized employment attorney who represents individuals and groups in complex matters involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, pay equity, executive negotiations, and employee rights. Throughout her career, she has successfully advocated for professionals across a wide range of industries, securing significant settlements, favorable resolutions, and meaningful workplace reforms.

Her work has included representing a class and collective action of accounting and consulting professionals in litigation that resulted in a $10 million settlement, negotiating seven-figure exit packages for senior executives, and securing critical workplace benefits and protections for employees facing discrimination and inequitable treatment. She is particularly known for her strategic approach to executive representation, workplace investigations, severance negotiations, and class and collective actions.

Kate has been recognized among the Best Lawyers in America for employment law and has received numerous honors for her leadership and professional achievements.
