Lazette Jackson is Vice President of Professional Education & Practical Insights at Centellic, where she leads strategy, transformation and growth across professional education and legal publishing. Her work spans digital learning, business transformation, customer experience, enterprise education and the development of new products and revenue opportunities.

With more than a decade of leadership in professional education, Lazette has led the modernization of learning platforms and certification programs, including the transformation and relaunch of a professional education business on a new Learning Management System (LMS). She works across Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations to translate complex business and customer needs into scalable solutions.

Lazette is also actively engaged in the evolving role of AI in legal and professional services, with experience contributing to AI-enabled product strategy and exploring how emerging technology can improve learning, knowledge access and the way professionals work.
