Vivian is a privacy leader with over 15 years of global data protection experience as both in-house and outside counsel. She is currently a global senior privacy counsel at Spotify, where she has spent over seven years working on nearly every corner of the platform: music streaming, creator and artist tools, social and messaging features, advertising and marketing, and most recently, agentic AI. Vivian believes a good privacy program adds phenomenal business value: build consumer trust, increase competitive advantage, even produce economic gain. She is a Michigan Wolverine (go blue!), a rescue diver, and likes to collect stamps from around the world.
