Jana Contreras is Managing Counsel of Litigation and Claims at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, where she leads a team of attorneys and claims professionals responsible for high-stakes litigation and pre-litigation matters. In this role, she drives litigation strategy across a broad portfolio of disputes, with a focus on aligning legal risk management with business objectives.

Prior to joining PG&E, Jana was a partner at Miller Starr Regalia, where she specialized in real estate and real property litigation. She earned her undergraduate degree from UCLA and her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
