In her role, Jennifer manages complex litigation nationwide, advises on arbitration and mediation issues, negotiates contracts, and partners with business units across the organization on strategic legal and operational initiatives. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School, where she teaches Arbitration Practicum, a practice-intensive course focused on advocacy, evidentiary issues, and arbitration strategy.

Prior to joining the AAA, Jennifer served as Principal Court Attorney in the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court and practiced litigation at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Brune & Richard LLP. She is a frequent speaker on arbitration, AI, and dispute resolution topics and is actively involved in initiatives focused on expanding access to justice through ADR and emerging technologies.
