Jessica leads the Delivery Legal team at Uber Technologies, Inc., supporting all Uber Eats lines of business, including online food delivery, grocery and retail, direct delivery, and restricted items. She advises executives on complex product, commercial, and regulatory matters, helping to drive innovation in technology that transforms how people “Go and Get” around the world.

Jessica leads a team of 22 attorneys and legal professionals responsible for product counseling across Delivery, and for drafting and negotiating all Uber Eats merchant and strategic partnership agreements ranging from hyperlocal to global strategic deals. She is currently focused on effectively leveraging AI tools in an efficient, strategic and responsible manner to supercharge her team's effectiveness and output. Immediately prior to joining Uber, Jessica served as General Counsel for O’Hare and Midway International Airports and as Deputy Chief Operating Officer for Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel. With leadership experience across both the public and private sectors, Jessica brings a practical and strategic perspective to navigating growth, innovation, and operational complexity.
