Suzanne Law Marisa is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of OVH US LLC, dba OVHcloud, based in Reston, Virginia. OVHcloud is a global publicly traded tech company and Europe's leading cloud provider with 46 data centers worldwide. Suzanne joined OVHcloud in 2017 when it was a startup in the US and built the legal and compliance functions of the company from the ground up. Suzanne is an accomplished strategic legal and business advisor with a unique combination of experience from large law firms and in-house roles across diverse industries (technology, transportation infrastructure, defense, satellite communications). She has a breadth of international experience gained by living and practicing law in Europe and the Middle East.

Suzanne serves on the Advisory Board of the Women's General Counsel Network (WGCN). She earned a JD from the American University, Washington College of Law, and a BA from the University of Maryland. She also studied abroad at the University of London. Suzanne is a graduate of The Wharton School's Global C-Suite program and received her CIPP-US privacy certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Suzanne is a proud mom of four children, an avid tennis player, and a [solidcore] devotee.
