Aimie Killeen is the Chief Legal Officer of DCG, overseeing all aspects of the company’s compliance and legal functions. Aimie joined DCG in May 2024, and brings more than a decade of service in top of house legal functions at North American publicly listed companies. Before joining DCG, Aimie served as the Chief Legal Officer of Billtrust (NASDAQ:BTRS), a company focused on providing AR and cloud-based solutions around payments. Before that, she served as the EVP & General Counsel of Cardtronics plc. (NASDAQ:CATM), following Cardtronics’ acquisition of DirectCash Payments Inc. (TSX:DCP), where Aimie also served as the Global General Counsel. In these roles, Aimie led global teams and oversaw the companies’ IP, contracts, litigation, employment law, compliance, data security, and risk assessment functions. Prior to her CLO and general counsel roles Aimie worked for several years at a leading Australian law firm as part of the banking and finance team.

Aimie holds a Bachelor of Laws (with honors) and a Bachelor of Business e-commerce (with merit) from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia. She is admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is registered as a Foreign Legal Consultant in the State of Texas, where she lives, as well as an Authorized House Council in the State of Connecticut.
