Ashley Bashur is a partner in WilmerHale’s Securities Litigation & Enforcement practice and represents clients in complex regulatory matters and internal investigations concerning the federal and state securities and commodities laws. She has extensive experience before the SEC, the CFTC, FINRA, and other governmental agencies and self-regulatory organizations. Ashley’s experience is broad and includes matters involving high-frequency trading, market structure issues, market manipulation, anti-money laundering, and insider trading, among others. She has been a member of WilmerHale’s Women’s Leadership Initiative Steering Committee since joining the firm in 2009, and she has an active pro bono practice representing veterans.
