Ashley Bashur is a partner in WilmerHale's Securities and Financial Institutions Department and a member of the firm's Securities Litigation and Enforcement practice group. She represents clients in complex enforcement matters and internal investigations concerning the federal and state securities and commodities laws. Ms. Bashur has extensive experience representing clients in investigations and proceedings before the SEC, CFTC, and FINRA, among other federal and state agencies. Ms. Bashur has represented clients in a variety of matters, including those involving securities fraud, high-frequency and algorithmic trading, market access, market manipulation, anti-money laundering, insider trading, and trade reporting.
