Audrey Jean is currently General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at 3E Company, a B2B SaaS and compliance solutions company, protecting the world’s supply chain through chemical and product safety. Audrey leads a global legal team on all aspects of legal, risk, compliance, privacy, insurance and AI governance. Previously Audrey has held legal leadership roles at AARP, Bloomberg Law and Discovery Channel, with oversight for corporate legal, media & IP law, data privacy, labor and employment and commercial transactions. Audrey holds a JD from Georgetown University and a BA from Princeton University, and started practicing in M&A and Project Finance at the law firms of Chadbourne & Parke and DLA Piper. Audrey serves on the Board of ACC National Capital Region and is an active member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association. Audrey has previously spoken on various panels for ACC, NAPABA, Practicing Law Institute, WIPL, and Bloomberg Law on topics such as GC leadership, business acumen for legal leaders, managing global jurisdictions, optimizing legal department operations, and the power of networking.
