Nancy Chung Allred is Associate General Counsel, Product at Airbnb, Inc., where she leads a team providing strategic counsel on a range of online products and offline programs that enhance the Airbnb travel experience. She partners with senior leaders driving supply growth, quality, and new business initiatives, advising on emerging issues in product development, including artificial intelligence, consumer protection, employment, antitrust, marketing, and privacy.
Nancy serves on the board of directors for the Asian Women’s Shelter, a San Francisco–based nonprofit dedicated to ending domestic violence through the social, economic, and political self-determination of women. She is also part of the Silicon Valley Chapter Leadership of ChIPs, a nonprofit advancing and connecting women in law, technology, and policy.
Before joining Airbnb, Nancy advised technology, transportation, and energy companies in product, regulatory, and litigation roles. She earned her B.A. with high honors from the University of California, Berkeley, and her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
