Ann Chaglassian is the US & Canada Chief Compliance Officer for Marsh Risk & Mercer, with responsibility for the US and Canada risk and compliance programs and for overseeing a team of high-performing compliance professionals.

Before joining Mercer as the Chief Compliance Officer for the Americas in 2018, Ann served as the Vice President of Compliance, Privacy & Audit at a privately held leader in data-driven healthcare solutions. In that position, she spearheaded major strategic shifts to transform compliance and audit from a functional focus to an enabler of business innovation and addressed organizational threats, including cybersecurity risks. Prior to that role, Ann served for over a decade as Chief Compliance, Audit & Risk Officer & Assistant General Counsel at a publicly traded cloud-based electronic health record company.

Ann has 25+ years of legal, compliance, and risk governance experience and has successfully developed and managed compliance functions and teams in both public and private companies operating in highly regulated environments.
