Katherine Pennetti is a managing counsel in the product liability group of Toyota Motor North America, Inc. She also works closely with Toyota’s advertising and marketing teams, whom she regularly advises on safety and liability considerations. Prior to joining Toyota, Katherine worked as a partner in the Plano office of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough. When she’s not working or running after her toddler, Katherine enjoys coaching moot court teams for Texas Tech Law school with her husband.
