Melissa is an accomplished attorney and advocate with more than 15 years of technology-focused commercial contracting and privacy law experience. She is an energetic designer of customized data privacy processes and programs for corporate clients. Her responsibilities also include negotiating complex B2B technology transactions as well as organizing and managing data privacy and cybersecurity solutions and client relationships. Melissa’s distinguished career has been highlighted through the publication of written articles and regular speaking engagements discussing current and future data protection concepts and compliance. Before joining QuisLex, Melissa honed her contracting and data privacy subject matter expertise as an attorney with Bank of America and Capital One. Melissa received her B.S. from the University of Virginia, her J.D. from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law, and her LL.M. (Taxation) from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Melissa lives and works in Atlanta, Georgia.
