January is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience helping business leaders navigate complex regulatory landscapes. She specializes in crafting and implementing practical yet innovative solutions to manage legal risks associated with M&A transactions as well as compliance and litigation matters. As an articulate communicator with proven leadership skills, she manages internal and external legal teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve successful outcomes in complex legal matters.

Before joining T-Mobile, she served as Counsel to the Director of Civil Enforcement at the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. Her career also includes roles at international law firms in Washington, D.C., where she represented major multinational corporations in complex investigations, litigation, and cross-border M&A deals. She frequently speaks on antitrust law, particularly international merger transactions and civil litigation, and currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Unilateral Conduct Committee of the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section.
