Sheila has been dedicated to eDiscovery space for 30+ years. This tenure put her in the front seat for the incredible evolution of legal technology, people and processes. She has worked within top law firms with targets to maximize legal technology to attract and retain the firm’s clients, analyze trends, and manage teams providing responsive customer service. She then leveraged those experiences for her work with legal service providers. The majority of Sheila’s experience focuses on operational and technical efficiency, business process improvement and corporate client development. 

Sheila thrives in and encourages a diverse, consultative, and collaborative work environment with clients and colleagues. She has managed teams of all shapes, sizes, and disciplines. She has worked on matters ranging from confidential internal investigations, small employment/complex patent/challenging antitrust matters and every type of matter in between. She enjoys the challenges associated with the volume, variety, and speed of changes to the data landscape and helping clients navigate them in a consistent and defensible manner.
