Keri A. Wood is a distinguished legal and compliance executive with over fifteen years of experience specializing in healthcare regulation, corporate compliance, and enterprise risk management. She currently serves as VP & Deputy General Counsel at Spring Health, where she leads regulatory strategy and risk oversight across a complex digital health environment. Her role includes guiding the company through evolving federal and state laws such as ERISA, Knox-Keene, HIPAA, and Mental Health Parity, while building frameworks that anticipate and mitigate legal and operational risk. Keri spearheaded the development of Spring Health’s Regulatory Change Management program—an enterprise-level initiative that proactively translates regulatory shifts into integrated compliance and risk mitigation strategies. She also advises on customer contracting, international expansion, and AI governance, ensuring alignment with a rapidly changing healthcare policy landscape.

Before joining Spring Health, Keri held key regulatory and compliance leadership roles at Kemper and Aetna, where she directed multi-state risk assessment efforts, regulatory audits, and compliance infrastructure development. Her approach has consistently focused on building resilient organizations by embedding compliance into core operations and decision-making processes.

Keri holds a JD from Mississippi College School of Law and is a member of the Alabama State Bar. She is active in the American Health Law Association and Women’s Law Association of Greater St. Louis.
