Keri A. Wood is a distinguished legal and compliance executive with over fifteen years of experience specializing in healthcare regulation, corporate compliance, and enterprise risk management. She currently serves as Senior Associate General Counsel at Spring Health, where she leads regulatory strategy and risk oversight across a complex digital health environment. Her role includes guiding the company through evolving federal and state laws such as ERISA, Knox-Keene, HIPAA, and Mental Health Parity, while building frameworks that anticipate and mitigate legal and operational risk. Keri spearheaded the development of Spring Health’s Regulatory Change Management program—an enterprise-level initiative that proactively translates regulatory shifts into integrated compliance and risk mitigation strategies. She also advises on customer contracting, international expansion, and AI governance, ensuring alignment with a rapidly changing healthcare policy landscape.

Before joining Spring Health, Keri held key regulatory and compliance leadership roles at Kemper and Aetna, where she directed multi-state risk assessment efforts, regulatory audits, and compliance infrastructure development. Her approach has consistently focused on building resilient organizations by embedding compliance into core operations and decision-making processes.

Keri holds a JD from Mississippi College School of Law and is a member of the Alabama State Bar. She is active in the American Health Law Association and Women’s Law Association of Greater St. Louis.
