Nicole Desbois is Vice President of Attorney Placements at Firm Advice, a legal search firm founded by Mary Winter. Firm Advice has been identifying superior quality attorneys for nearly 30 years. Nicole partners with law firm of all sizes, including Am Law 200, boutique, and mid-sized firms, to secure offers for and place associates, counsel, partners, and other legal professionals.
Prior to joining Firm Advice, Nicole spent several years practicing as an attorney. She graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law in the top ten percent of her class. Her experience includes clerking in the Fairfax County Circuit Court, working as a
Real Estate Transactional Associate with an Am Law 100 firm, and working as a Litigation Associate with a prominent firm in Reston, Virginia.
After the birth of her first son, Nicole embraced the opportunity to shift her career path and joined Firm Advice. Here, she draws on her legal expertise to guide and support her clients and attorneys through the legal search process. Nicole finds genuine fulfillment in building strong, collaborative relationships with professionals, helping them navigate career transitions and achieve their ideal roles.
