Kristy Tillman is an Associate General Counsel in FINRA's Office of General Counsel. In this role, Ms. Tillman provides advice and counsel to FINRA, its officers, and its employees on complex legal issues. Prior to this role, Ms. Tillman served as an attorney in the Federal Trade Commission's Consumer Protection Bureau Enforcement Division and as the Executive Director of P.R.I.M.E. Finance in The Hague. Earlier in her career, Ms. Tillman worked as an attorney in FINRA's Department of Enforcement for five years. Before joining FINRA Enforcement, Ms. Tillman practiced law at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where she represented clients in state and federal courts and before regulatory entities. Ms. Tillman clerked for Norma L. Shapiro, Senior Judge, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, after graduating from Harvard Law School in 2003.
