Before joining Flynn Group in 2021, Maya was Director of the Office of University Rights and Responsibilities at Arizona State University, managing a team of attorneys responsible for investigating internal complaints, Senior Counsel for the Regents of the University of California’s Office of General Counsel, responsible for overseeing employment litigation for the various campuses and medical centers across the UC system, and a partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani in their San Francisco Employment practice.
