Ms. Kimyacioglu is EVP of Legal and Risk Management for Prime Residential, owner and operator of more than 19,000 units multifamily apartments and townhomes on the West Coast. Her department is responsible for legal compliance, risk mitigation, claims and litigation management, as public and governmental relations. Ms. Kimyacioglu is a member of Prime Residential’s Senior Leadership Team. She is also active in statewide trade associations, serving as Vice President on the California Apartment Association’s Executive Committee, and sits on Governmental Affairs Committees in Multifamily Northwest in Oregon, as well as Washington Multifamily Housing Association in Washington State. Ms. Kimyacioglu joined Prime Residential after ten years as a litigator at Latham and Watkins. She graduated from UC San Diego and received her law degree from Santa Clara University, School of law, cum laude. She is a member of the California State Bar.
