Cassandra Hooks is currently Assistant General Counsel at Niagara Bottling, LLC, the largest family-owned beverage manufacturer in the United States. In this role, she handles all litigation, employment, worker’s compensation, insurance, risk management, and immigration, as well as M&A support for the company. Cassandra has almost 20 years of experience both in-house and at large law firms. In connection with her pro bono work at Alston & Bird LLP, she received the Religious Liberty Award from the ACLU Foundation of Southern California. She is currently a board member of Social Justice Collaborative, a nonprofit serving the legal needs of low-
income immigrant communities at risk of deportation.
Cassandra received her undergraduate degree from Duke University, her J.D. from Loyola Law School, and recently earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Cassandra loves spending time with her husband and two children, as well as volunteering with various community organizations and watching reality TV.
