LISA M. TANZI is SVP & General Counsel of Parts Authority LLC, a US based aftermarket automotive parts distributor. She leads the Company’s legal and compliance program and provides legal support and advice on the Company’s Sustainability program. Ms. Tanzi graduated from Brooklyn Law School, Magna Cum Laude, where she served as the Executive Notes and Comments Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Law and Policy and Binghamton University, Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, where she studied Political Science and Italian.
