Eldyne Perrou leads the Corporate Legal team at Bechtel, which has responsibility for Bechtel’s governance, corporate structuring, ownership, and entity management, as well as the legal aspects of corporate matters generally, such as treasury, finance, tax, real estate, aircraft, corporate and external affairs and global retirement plans. Eldyne also leads the legal, risk management, internal audit and ethics and compliance department’s diversity and inclusion efforts and is a member of the department’s leadership team. Eldyne has been a corporate lawyer for almost 30 years, first at Slaughter and May in London,
including secondments to its Brussels and Singapore offices, and then at Shearman & Sterling LLP in San Francisco.

Eldyne earned her law degree at Oxford University. She is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, is admitted to the Bar in California, and is an admitted Corporate Counsel in Virginia. She lives in Great Falls, Virginia with her husband, high schooler and college freshman.
