Kimberly Holmes-Iverson has been lied to and spit at, chased prostitutes in the midnight hours, and locked up…all for work. And those were her good days!
Today, she’s known as a ‘Hope Dealer,” bringing 20+ years of powerful public relations and award-winning journalistic experience as a television anchor, reporter and producer to audiences worldwide. As a college adjunct, Kimberly knows how to share unique wisdom and connect with audiences who are seeking ways to cultivate and keep joy in your life – no matter how much life throws at you.

Kimberly has been honored by the National Academy of Television Arts and Science, received an award from the Florida Associated Press and the Religion Newswriters Association for her reporting work, and an award & recognition from the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ). She was also featured in Southlake Style and as a Mother’s Day recipient of the 2021 “Moms are Joyful” award by internationally-acclaimed jewelry designer Zoë Chicco.
Kimberly is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She's a Trustee for the Montessori School of Raleigh, and previously served on the Alumni Council of the Sanford School for Public Policy at Duke University. Kimberly graduated from Duke University and Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism.
