Molly McGinley is a litigation attorney concentrating her practice in commercial litigation with a focus on complex litigation, including class action defense and derivative litigation. She represents a broad range of clients ranging from small private companies to global public companies in a variety of industries, including energy, healthcare, digital health, technology, automotive, food and beverage and financial services. Molly’s class action experience includes representing clients nationally in actions under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act and consumer fraud statutes. In addition to her litigation work, Molly frequently advises clients with respect to compliance with biometric privacy laws. Molly also has experience representing publicly held corporations in other complex litigation, including securities derivative and class action lawsuits and antitrust class action lawsuits in various jurisdictions. Molly’s recent thought leadership includes speaking and writing on various topics including biometric privacy, telemarketing regulation and class action securities litigation.  Molly holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) credential given by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
