Catherine Budzynski is Chief Legal Officer, Chief Ethics & Integrity Officer and Corporate Secretary for Ohmium, International, a green hydrogen company with global operations spanning the US, EU, India and UAE. Catherine is also a Board member of NovoHydrogen, a green hydrogen project developer.

Catherine has extensive public and private company experience with a proven record of success in both corporate and nonprofit settings. Before Ohmium, Catherine served at Aflac as Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary for Aflac Global Ventures and its international subsidiaries. There she was responsible for all legal and corporate governance matters, including leading all venture investment negotiations and Board meetings. Catherine has substantial large law firm experience from her tenure at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in the Capital Markets and Banking groups. Catherine is a longtime Board member of her local United Way, where she serves on multiple committees. She holds an MBA from Auburn University, a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. from The University of Pennsylvania.
