Megan Bouchier is a Partner and co-head of FGS Global’s San Francisco office. She works with institutions of all sizes and helps lead the firm’s crisis and litigation support practice in North America.
Megan partners with clients on ongoing corporate positioning, media relations and investor relations programs. She also regularly advises clients on litigation, investigations, crisis planning, management changes, transactions, shareholder activism and other complex situations.
Notable assignments include communications and issues management support for Cruise Motors, Zoom Video Communications, Shiseido and its family of beauty brands, various universities and other clients; IPOs and other major transactions for clients such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, SoftBank, Samsara, Slack and Grab; Waymo's trade secrets litigation against Uber; ongoing positioning work for a number of private equity and venture capital firms; as well as numerous confidential crisis preparation and management engagements.
Earlier in her career, Megan was an attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP, where she represented clients in transactional matters, government inquiries and state and federal litigation.
Megan graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a degree in History and earned her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law.
