As someone who is passionately committed to helping other lawyers create successful practices, she founded Yaeger Legal Consulting, which coaches lawyers and law firms to amplify their practice by providing services ranging from evaluating and implementing case management platforms, starting new practice areas, reviewing and negotiating compensation packages, revamping case management workflows from intake to settlement to enhance efficiency and productivity, to the logistics related to starting a law firm.
