Janine Fletcher-Thomas is Sprout Social's lead employment attorney for its global workforce. She partners daily with the People Team on all aspects of employment law, including policy and implementation, talent acquisition, development strategy, diversity and inclusion planning and implementation, harassment and discrimination prevention, and overall crisis and risk management with senior leadership. She cares deeply about practicing law and partnering with stakeholders with humanity and pragmatism.
