V. Alexandra (“Alix”) Darrow is the Assoc. General Counsel for CDK Global’ s Procurement Organization. Alix negotiates and drafts complex transactions related to digital services and information technology sourcing, with a focus on software licenses, SaaS, IT services, outsourcing agreements, maintenance and support, and data licensing.

Alix’s extensive background in managing high-stakes supplier agreements and facilitating major organizational transitions supports CDK Global's strategic initiatives. Her expertise has been instrumental in utilizing new technologies and applications in conducing due diligence for CDK Global’ s M&A activities as well as successfully integrating, consolidating, and managing vendors and managed services more efficiently. Between graduating from Duke and attending law school, Alix served as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines and for CNN in Moscow, Russia. In her free time, she enjoys teaching and practicing yoga. Alix is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Illinois. She earned her JD from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and holds a BA in Art History from Duke University.
