Whitney Johnson is a trusted business advisor with a knack for pragmatism and a passion for effecting change. In her current role as commercial litigation counsel at Cisco Systems, Inc., she provides proactive business-driven counseling and manages all aspects of Cisco’s global docket of commercial disputes. Through her work on the Cisco Legal DEI Strategic Committee, Whitney champions Cisco’s purpose of ‘powering an inclusive future for all’ by bringing awareness to DEI program offerings and advocating for inclusive teams. Whitney is a 2023 Leadership Council for Legal Diversity (LCLD) alumna. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley and earned her law degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She and her husband live in the Bay Area where they enjoy hiking near and far.
