Her work involved training nearly 300 military personnel, prosecuting computer-related crimes, advising federal agents on investigative techniques, and collaborating with military forensic labs to recover digital evidence. In 2018, Tania transitioned to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), where she advised senior leaders on cybersecurity regulations, managed a cross-functional team, and served as a project sponsor for systems development efforts. Her leadership in the public sector set the stage for her move to the private sector, where she now serves as Senior Counsel in Global IT and Cybersecurity, first at Dell Technologies and currently at Marsh McLennan. In her current role, Tania leads the Cybersecurity and Technology Regulation program, advising on the global cybersecurity and technology regulatory landscape and supporting enterprise-level incident
response. Tania’s career is a testament to resilience, curiosity, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. She has navigated the complexities of the legal and cybersecurity fields with grace and determination, always driven by a desire to pave the way for minorities and women in law and technology.
Through representation, mentorship, coaching, and advocacy, she seeks to empower others to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Tania’s favorite quote, “It’s not the size of the dog in the fight, it’s the size of the fight in the dog” by Mark Twain, encapsulates her approach to life and work.
