She currently serves as Labor Relations Counsel at Starbucks, where she advises leadership on complex labor relations strategies, ensures compliance with labor laws, and develops proactive solutions to enhance workplace relations.

Katrice earned her JD degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago Law School and a Master of Law (LLM) in Business Compliance Law from Loyola University Chicago. She also holds a B.A. degree from Northwestern University.
