Cheryl Call is currently the Head of Corporate and Commercial Legal. In this capacity, she oversees all corporate and commercial legal matters for the company (e.g. strategic transactions, equity and securitization, commercial contracts, corporate governance and labor and employment). Cheryl also serves as primary counsel to Capital Markets, Finance and People Operations. Cheryl has significant legal, business and leadership experience in the technology and financial services industries.
Prior to joining Mission Lane, Cheryl was Deputy General Counsel at Blackbaud, Inc. (BLKB, the leading software provider dedicated to powering social impact), where she was responsible for corporate governance, strategic transactions, data privacy, litigation and employment. She began her career at Capital One and also has experience in the international real estate development and property industry from her work with Greystar. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond.
