Emily is a Senior Litigation Counsel at Uber Technologies, Inc., where she focuses on litigation and regulatory issues facing Uber's delivery business. Emily oversees complex, high-stakes litigation matters involving breach of contract, business torts, intellectual property, and challenges to new regulations impacting the business. Prior to joining Uber in 2021, Emily was a litigator in New York City at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and at a boutique law firm. Emily also completed a clerkship with the Honorable Brian M. Cogan in the Eastern District of New York. Emily received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. from Yale University.

Emily currently lives in Brooklyn, N.Y., with her husband and daughter.
